Dear Ones, My condolences to each of you. It has been such a gift to share in the love of your mother, cousin and friend. From the moment I met Wanda I was drawn to the light in her eyes, her beautiful smile and the kindness, laughter, spontaneity, JOY, compassion and love that flowed from her mouth and actions. It felt like it was a Divine appointment that brought us together. She was real… and I felt I had known her my entire life. Being in Her presence brought such a healing, comfort and a sense of coming home to a place you didn’t know you missed. The well was deep with Ms Wanda… and I cherish the love we shared as friends. The long conversations she had with my daddy a fellow Knightstowner…. As we sat at the canal listening to music are so sweet and priceless to me….I am most grateful for her ability to “talk story” and read me back mine… whether in person, my phone or email… I thank her for her willingness to bring us in and allowing us to be part of a “family of choice” I am forever changed to the core of my being by having shared life’s journey with her. I will carry her forever in my heart as a light of grace and love…. May her love and memories comfort you all at this time… My love, heart and prayers are with you as you go forth….
