Obituary for Heather Renee Hamilton-McGlothin
Heather Renee Hamilton-McGlothin, 33, of Knightstown, passed away on the morning of Wednesday, April 10, 2019 after a courageous battle with cervical cancer.
She was born on February 25 1986, in Indianapolis, a daughter of Karen (Dennis) Schutt and the late, Timothy Hamilton.
Heather was raised in Knightstown and played basketball in Junior High. She graduated from Knightstown High School in 2004 and most recently worked at Heritage House Nursing Home in New Castle. Heather enjoyed reading, coloring, art and having her daily scriptural devotional. Most of all she loved spending time with her children and family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her three children, Kailey Grider, Breanna Hamilton and Makayla McGlothin; mother, Karen (husband: Jim) Schutt; sister, Holly Hamilton (Aaron Graham); nephew, Gage Broady; maternal grandmother, Patricia Dennis; paternal grandfather Donald (wife: Sissy) Hamilton; step-siblings, Joy McCall, Samantha Schutt and James Eric Schutt along with many cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel McGlothin; father, Timothy E. Hamilton, maternal grandfather, Ray Dennis and paternal grandmother, Faye Chandler.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Heritage Funeral Care in Knightstown.
Visitation will be from 2 – 4 pm prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
