Obituary for Stephen A. Post
Stephen A. Post, 72, of Knightstown, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019.
He was born on August 2, 1946 in Louisville, KY, a son of the late Clarence A. and Rhessa A. (Routh) Post.
Stephen graduated from Knightstown High School in 1964 and later attended Vincennes University. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Stephen worked with his father at Post and Post Hardware before retiring in 2009. He enjoyed having breakfast at the Burch Tree Café and dinner at Redbone’s Pizza and Chicken.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Rev. Risa Paul of Hot Springs MT, and Mrs. Stephanie Wood (Ruey) of Harrison, MI; nieces and nephews, Bill Paul. R. Dawn Paul, Stephen Paul, John Argyelan, Eric Argyelan and Jamie Argyelan; and his many friends in Knightstown.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Glen Cove Cemetery with military honors.
