Darlene and I met years ago when she was married to Danny. I was with Danny's brother. A year or so ago when her mother passed she indicated on Facebook that she wish she had a ride to the hospital to see her mom as she was not doing well. I stepped up and volunteered to take her on a Sunday. I took her and then dropped her back off at her house. About 2 hours later she called me and wanted to thank me for taking her because her mom passed away shortly after she left the hospital. Gives me goose bumps everytime I think about it. Darlene was a beautiful lady and will be missed. My condolences to the entire family.
